Shiva No Longer In Rum

Well, unfortunate situation but we've had to kick Shiva from Rum. He's had a behavior problem ever since he joined which has created a lot of internal friction and stress. We've been trying to work with him in the hopes that his conduct would improve and it has somewhat but he had another flair up today. He was on warning so... Now he's out.
